Class Description

Beginner Class: The Focus in this class is on breath, basic postures, safety and alignment.

Mixed level: The student has completed beginner class and is comfortable with advancing. The focus is on deepening the practice, learning adaptations for your own practice, possibly beginning to develop a home practice.

Therapeutic Back Class: Using a viniyoga approach to strengthen and stretch the back, involves more back, hands/knees postures as well as postures on the abdomen. May include standing postures depending upon the class.
   1.  Upper back, neck and shoulders
   2.  Low back and sacrum

Teen Yoga: No experience necessary! For Males and Females.
